1. Current status

Fitlume is strictly pre-launch. The app has not been publicly released and there are no public Fitlume app accounts. Visitors do not need an account to view this website, so there is currently no website account to delete.

This page provides information only. It is not a deletion form or authenticated request portal. Opening this page or sending a general email does not submit a deletion request or confirm that information has been erased.

2. When public accounts become available

Before public accounts launch, Fitlume will update this page with the available deletion method and provide appropriate account controls in the app where feasible. Instructions will explain how to start a request, how identity is verified, what status information is available, and how to obtain support.

The account-deletion workflow will remain separate from simply opening this information page. Fitlume will not describe deletion as completed until the relevant request has actually been processed.

3. Identity and account safety

A future deletion process will use proportionate identity and account-access checks to protect against unauthorised deletion. Fitlume support will not ask for your password, one-time code, or a privileged service credential.

4. Scope and lawful retention

When public accounts launch, the deletion information will explain the categories covered by the process and any information that may need to be retained for security, legal, dispute, or technical reasons. Fitlume does not state a fixed deletion or retention period on this pre-launch page.
